These Fluffy Blender Banana Pancakes are as easy as it gets—no bowls, no whisking, just blend, pour, and flip. They’re naturally sweet, hearty from the oats, and a perfect way to sneak in a wholesome breakfast for kids and adults alike.

Eggs

Oats

Flour

Baking powder

Cinnamon

Vanilla

Pinch of salt

(Exact measurements in recipe card below! See notes for how we make enough for a hungry family of 4!)

Instructions

Prep the skillet. Heat your skillet or griddle to 325°F.

Prep the batter: Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth.

Cook the pancakes. Lightly grease with butter or oil. Pour the batter onto skillet, about ¼ cup per pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown. About 3-4 minutes per side. Gently touch the top of the pancakes to make sure they are done!

Serve warm with maple syrup, nut butter, or fresh berries.

Tips and Variations

Bananas: Use bananas with a lot of spots, but not black. The bananas make or break the texture. It’s an art and a science; if one batch comes out a little mushy, it’s okay! They’ll still be tasty with peanut butter and syrup. Try it again with some that are less ripe next time.

Making bigger batches: I have a 48 oz blender. I find the perfect amount to fill the blender is 1.5x the recipe. This makes about 12 4 inch pancakes, perfect for my family. Here are the measurements:

3 banana

3 eggs

3/4 cups milk

1.5 cups oats

3/4 cup flour

3 tsps baking soda

2 tsps vanilla

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp salt

Final Thoughts

These pancakes are the kind of recipe that makes busy mornings feel effortless. Toss everything in the blender, pour, and you’ve got a nourishing breakfast with minimal cleanup. Keep this one in your back pocket for weekdays, weekends, or whenever you need a quick and cozy meal.
