Easy Maple Chia Overnight Oats

  • Author: Jessica Salerno
  • Total Time: 5 minutes (plus set overnight)
  • Yield: 1 serving 1x

Description

These easy maple chia overnight oats are a simple make-ahead breakfast made with oats, milk, chia seeds, ground flaxseed, and maple syrup. Mix everything together the night before, stick it in the fridge, and breakfast is ready when you wake up!

Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • ¾ cup whole milk or oat milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • 12 teaspoons pure maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Add the oats, milk, chia seeds, ground flaxseed, and maple syrup to a jar or container.
  2. Stir everything together until well combined.
  3. Let the mixture sit for about 5 minutes, then stir it again. This helps prevent the chia seeds from clumping together.
  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours.
  5. In the morning, stir the oats and enjoy cold. Add an extra splash of milk if you’d like a thinner consistency.
