1 tablespoon canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling)

1 shot hot espresso (or ¼ cup strong brewed coffee)

Melt the pumpkin: Add 1 tablespoon canned pumpkin to a tall glass. Pour your hot espresso shot right over the pumpkin and stir until smooth.
