Description

This quick pumpkin iced coffee is cozy, creamy, and full of fall flavor. Made with real pumpkin, maple syrup, oat milk, and espresso, it’s a homemade coffee shop–style drink you can whip up in just minutes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tablespoon canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling)

  • 1 shot hot espresso (or ¼ cup strong brewed coffee)

  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (use less for lightly sweet, more for extra cozy)

  • ¼ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

  • Oat milk (or any milk you love)

  • Splash of water

  • Ice

Instructions

  • Melt the pumpkin: Add 1 tablespoon canned pumpkin to a tall glass. Pour your hot espresso shot right over the pumpkin and stir until smooth.

  • Build the drink: Fill the glass with ice, then add maple syrup and pumpkin pie spice.

  • Top it off: Pour in a splash of water and enough oat milk to fill your glass.

  • Stir & enjoy: Mix everything together, sip, and enjoy your homemade pumpkin coffee bliss!
